Our Story · On Millbrook Lane since 2019
Our wild sourdough starter has been alive and bubbling since the day we opened in 2019. Fed every morning, it gives our bread its depth, its character, and a rhythm you can taste.
Every loaf is shaped by hand and left to ferment slowly overnight. By the time the ovens are lit it is ready for the heat, crisp and caramelized and made to be shared.
